This video is about a man I always see on my way home from work and school. Mark Mankety been at this particular location since 2011. He’s has been affected by the recession. He is 62 years old and lives along side of the freeway of 580 in Oakland, California. Mark manages to buy meals and walk around locally and is in desperate need of help.
